DETAILED COMMENTS ON YOUR POETRY AT REASONABLE RATES
If you write poetry, give it your best.

Privacy Statement

This Web site was designed by Hayes Walker, who is the sole proprietor of Poetry Criticism Service.

        SUMMARY

I take your online privacy seriously.  You may visit all of the ten Web pages constituting this site as often
as you like without providing any personally identifying information (such as your name, address or e-mail
address).  I do not collect personally identifying information from you except when you voluntarily provide
it by sending an e-mail.  I never share your e-mail address with third parties--period.

        LINKS TO OTHER SITES

My site contains links to other sites that are not under my control.  Those sites might place their own
cookies on your computer.  This practice is standard on the Web.  To the best of my knowledge, those sites
        are operated by honest people.

        SECURITY OF PRIVATE INFORMATION

I would like to be able to tell you that the information you provide to me is absolutely safe.  Unfortunately,
several well-publicized instances of computer security breaches make it impossible for anyone to be so
confident.  The most I can tell you is that I take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide
me from theft, alteration or unauthorized inspection.

        POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN:

I do not solicit any type of business from children under age 16 who do not have their parent's or
guardian's permission to deal with me.  Furthermore, I do not wish to collect any personally identifying
information from children under the age of 16.  If such a child wishes to obtain a critique of his or her
poetry, I prefer that the child's parent or guardian submit the poetry in an e-mail containing a statement
worded as follows:  "This poem was written by my (son or daughter) who is ___ years old."  Do not
mention the child's name or other personal information unless you feel there is a valid reason to do so,
such as its relevance to the poem.  Payment for the critique should, of course, be submitted by the parent
        or guardian.

        PARENTS AND GUARDIANS:

I encourage you to get involved with your children's online usage and to be aware of the activities in
which they are participating.  You should be aware that if your children voluntarily disclose their names,
e-mail addresses or other information on bulletin boards or in chat rooms of other Web sites, such
disclosures may result in unsolicited messages from other parties.  I suggest that you discourage your
child from providing such information on any Web site unless you are confident that the information will
        not be misused.

If you have any concerns regarding privacy issues, please contact me at the address below.
